Heather DianePHILLIPSMelvin, Claire and Joanne and their families would like to thank everyone who attended Heather's Funeral Service at All Saints Church, Chilvers Coton and Heart of England Crematorium given by Canon Edward Pogmore who provided such a heartfelt service, also to Co-operative Funeral Service for their compassion and attention to detail. Appreciation for all the lovely cards, beautiful flowers and donations received for the charities chosen by Heather which were Mary Ann Hospice, Macmillan and Marie Curie, which totalled £1000. With special thanks to all those who looked after her and provided support, Manor District Nurses, Hospice Team, Macmillan, Marie Curie, all doctors and nurses at George Elliot and University Hospitals and Dr Kumar at Whitestone Surgery. To all our family and friends we welcomed and show gratitude to the time you gave and spent with Heather, always showing kindness and affection. We thank you all for the prayers given on her behalf and showing support and love during this sad time.
